The statue of Harold Wilson seems to look on in approval at a ceremony taking place on 13 March at the Huddersfield Water Tower, home of the Association of Community Rail Partnerships. Network Rail's Jerry Swift is in the process of unveiling the National Railway Heritage Award at the invitation of Awards Chairman, former ScotRail director John Ellis.
