Carlisle
The BR Fifteen Guinea Special, billed as the final main line passenger train to be hauled by a steam locomotive on British Rail (the BR main line 'steam ban' came into force the following day). The train is preparing to leave Carlisle and return to Liverpool behind Black Fives 44781+44871 on 11 August 1968.
