Girvan
SAYLSA celebrated its designation as Scotland's first Community Rail Partnership at Girvan on 12 September when Hugh Knapp unveiled the refurbished plaque with which his late brother Jimmy had inaugurated the Strathclyde Partnership Authority's support for the Kilmarnock-Girvan Burns Line in September 1996.
