Hurlford Shed
Local Hero. Gresley class V3 2-6-2 67679 on the scrap road at Hurlford on 17 April 1962. The locomotive had been one of a number of previously withdrawn examples reinstated to work the emergency steam hauled services put into operation while remedial work was carried out on the new electric Blue Trains.
