A relatively tidy looking Newtongrange station site on 25 November 2014, photographed looking south from the A7 overbridge. Platform construction looks well advanced and a noise barrier has been erected between the new railway and the gardens of Jenks Loan. Work is in progress on the main entrance and car park off to the left.
