A westbound class 334 passes the little used sidings at Shettleston which are now part of the Torrent Trackside depot. On the other side of the yellow gate, a refuge siding beside the running lines is in daily use, but there is little sign of the stub of the former Glasgow, Bothwell, Hamilton and Coatbridge Railway.
