Bathgate Shed
Following withdrawal from Edinburgh's Dalry Road shed at the end of 1962, McIntosh 3F 0-6-0 57550 spent a period in the yard at Bathgate 'stored awaiting disposal'. The locomotive, seen here minus various components at Bathgate in March 1964, was eventually cut up by Messrs Arnott Young, Carmyle, in June of that year. See image 28378
