Leith South Goods

In April 1995 there was a path on the trackbed of the approach to the Bath Road crossing, which was once busy enough to warrant a footbridge. In May 2015 the path is no more, with palisade fencing on this side of the road too, the shrubbery now impenetrable and the yard lamp and pole gone. See image 19652 for a view of the crossing in 1985, when the buidings were still in place.
