Milnthorpe
Colas 60087, with a Carlisle to Chirk log train on 16th June 2015, powers past the bridge at Elmsfield just south of Milnthorpe. The logs can be routed over Shap or via the S&C but when on the WCML take a leisurely five hours to get as far as Preston, with scheduled loops at Plumpton, Eden Valley, Grayrigg, Oxenholme and Oubeck although individual stops are sometimes omitted.
