Jubilee No. 45699 Galatea has been halted on the centre road at Carlisle while running tender first out to Upperby after arrival with the Dalesman charter on 25 August 2015. The crew members are obviously not expecting the signal to change any time soon as their attention has been attracted by something more interesting in the opposite direction!
