Portbou
French locomotive on Spanish soil. SNCF Electric 7404 has just arrived in Portbou using the standard gauge tracks from Cerbere that terminate on the seaward side of the station building. Arriving passengers will transfer to a RENFE train to continue south. See image 52285 With TGV services now running through to major Spanish cities these regional services are less well used. As can be seen on the right there is a notable police presence at this border town station.
