Birkenhead Central
As the headquarters of the Mersey Railway Birkenhead Central was a key point on the line and some charming early buildings survive to the present day, including the station master's house which stands high above the Liverpool platform. 508122 calls on a service heading for Chester on 16th November 2015. The disused EMU depot can just be seen to the right of the platform.
