Banff

Fifty years after the end of passenger traffic, new housing appears on the site of Banff station. The three storey building occupies the site of the terminus buildings. The old Coastguard station on the hill above is a clear link to past photographs See image 6683 from 1965. The North Sea is to the immediate left at this point while straight ahead is the site of the town gasworks (long gone) and Banff Harbour.
