Elvan Water Viaduct

A September 2005 view of the bridge that carried the Leadhills and Wanlockhead line over the Elvan Water less than a mile after leaving the WCML near Elvanfoot station. More than a hint of 'Concrete Bob' about the structure, with the most notable bridge on the line, further west at Risping Cleugh, definitely attributable to the man himself see image 6453.
