Christmas day morning and with the rail network closed it's a good time for maintenance. 66 427 is sandwiched between ballast waggons. Further west ballast is being scooped out and deposited on the track. I'm sure it will all look lovely by the 27th. The track in the foreground belongs to the trams, not running today.
