Cowlairs Incline
101.340, on the way to Dunblane, climbs up the Cowlairs incline in 1987. The remains of the Pinkston Iron Works are on the right. This stretch of the incline used to be crossed by a road bridge and a link between the NBR's Pinkston branch and the CR's St Rollox Goods West.
