Lesmahagow [2nd]
The 'throat' of Lesmahagow station in 2000. The passenger station, a single platform, was on the line continuing south and curving off to the left to cross a viaduct whilst the goods yard sidings were straight ahead. This was the second Lesmahagow station, the first being renamed Brocketsbrae. This one was, at least, in Lesmahagow. The cutting here has since been largely infilled.
