What a contrast. Two Blackpool Balloons, both on driver training duties, meet at Bispham on 29th February 2016. 717 Walter Luff on the right is in almost original condition with roof lights, sun visors, skirts and tip seats. 711 is heavily modified with no roof lights or skirts but rubber surround bus windows fitted. Most significantly 711 is also a wide body with the entrances extended so that it can operate from the new tram stops when required to supplement the Flexity fleet.
