Wellhouse Tunnel
Looking north east from Wellhouse Lane towards the tunnel deep below the A629 Halifax Road linking Sheffield to Huddersfield and Halifax, as Arriva Trains Pacer 144014 exits en route from Huddersfield to Penistone. This is one of the Andrew Barclay built units procured by the former West Yorkshire PTE that was provided with a centre coach. Extensive track and drainage works appear to be on the cards on either side of the road bridge. [Ref query 18843]
