D9009 Alycidon storms the 1 in 70 Borthwick Bank with a Derby-Tweedbank charter on 9th April – the first Deltic to be seen here since D9007 Pinza on the return leg of a Leeds-Edinburgh charter on Sunday 5th January 1969.
