Southampton Terminus

A Great Western 2-6-0 about to take out a train from Southampton Terminus in the late 1930s. The train is thought to be a cross country service via the former Didcot, Newbury & Southampton route. Southampton Terminus closed to passengers in September 1966 although the listed former goods depot in the background still stands (2016). [Ref query 12670]
