A keek ('peep' to English visitors) through a locked gate to the former Platform 2 at Aberdeen, now used for stabling. There's a foreshortened ex-Platform 1 to the left. Other southern bays 3, 4 and 5 survive and are in regular use. The northern bays once mirrored this profusion but are long gone, with through platforms 6 and 7 doing for Inverness line services. With only a single track as far as Dyce (for now?) this is all it needs.
