In Waverley Route days Tweedbank would have meant little: a house (or farm) near the line, no more. It means a lot to the Borders Railway, however, being its rather expansive terminus. Tweedbank itself has come on in the world being a proper place now, with a business park, a sports complex and a few more houses than one. Should the line ever be extended it will mean a level crossing here, but that's such a big if that it's best mo to worry about it!
