Northern 158797, on a Manchester Victoria to Leeds service, leaves Winterbutlee Tunnel and continues towards the (new) Walsden station on 31st October 2016. Inside the 300yd tunnel, the tail lamp and silhouette of a westbound loaded coal train can be seen as it climbs towards the Summit Tunnel. The train is passing the site of the original station, closed in 1961.
