Refurbished Pacer 144012, in the bay platforms at Lancaster on a Morecambe to Leeds service. Externally the unit is distinguished by the two blanked off windows where the disabled access toilet has been placed. The interior seating has also been upgraded. The 144s are still however scheduled to be the first of the Northern Pacers to go back to Porterbrook starting in 2018.
