Waiting for the pick-up. 60027 Merlin at Galashiels on 25 February 1965. (The shunter is noted as Jimmy Jardine). The A4 was finally withdrawn from St Margarets shed on 3 September that year and cut up at Campbells of Shieldhall during December.
