Dufftown
The SRPS railtour train hauled by 27010 has reached the end of the line at Dufftown. Members of the AURS had joined it at Aberdeen see image 59130. On the return leg of the trip 2 or 3 of the passengers were invited to ride in the loco cab. Unexpectedly I ended up standing looking forward through the small central window-possibly the best view of any railtourer that day! When we reached Keith Junction we had to get out and sit in our seats for the remainder of the journey which was more comfortable but not as interesting.
