One of the delights of travelling on train EC6 (Eurocity) from Mannheim to Cologne on 12th June 2017 was sampling the traditional First Class accommodation on this Swiss Railways service from Interlaken to Hamburg. Seats were comfortable and matched to windows, allowing the best possible views on the delightful run along the west bank of the Rhine gorge north of Bingen.
