Bolton
The reinstated platform 5 at Bolton is taking shape in this view towards Manchester on 17 July 2017. The wall that used to keep the public away from this area in recent years has now become infill between the new platform wall. I am not sure however that the traffic cone will make suitable infill but perhaps it is marking or covering a drain or duct.
