Halfway
Passing loop on the upper section of the Great Orme funicular seen from the front of the tramcar in July 2017. As each car leaves the loop (up and down) it sets the trailing points so that on return it takes the same route to prevent cable entanglements. The tramcar drivers are in radio contact with the winch operator and advise if it is necessary to stop or slow the cars due to obstructions etc.
