The site of Bartonholm Colliery Pit No 1 which later became a depot within the ICI Bogside (Snodgrass) Works of Nobel Explosives, the east part of the Ardeer works. This view looks to Bogside Junction. Snodgrass workers platform was somewhere in this vicinity.
