Last shift - Poulton No.3 signal box. Five signal boxes between Preston and Blackpool closed w.e.f 11th November 2017. Salwick, Kirkham North Junction, Blackpool North No.2, Carleton Crossing and Poulton No.3. The last named box is seen here during the last evening shift before closure of the line for 19 weeks of electrification work. See image 44186.
