Blackpool North
Electrification work at Blackpool North carriage sidings where a new washing plant can be seen on 21st November 2017. A single track is in place on the main line for materials removal and Freightliner 66597 is at the head of a spoil train. The first point has been laid and it looks like the severe speed restriction at the old station throat is going to be eased considerably.
