Dent Head Viaduct
Snow was causing great disruption to the Midlands on 27th December 2017 but not to the highest mainline in England. A Carlisle to Leeds train crosses Dent Head viaduct. Looking back along Dentdale the station can be seen on the hillside in the distance.
