Heysham Port
Possibly the worst image of a Sprinter I have ever taken - but there are items of interest. The high security that now surrounds the port area meant this view, taken from a Seatruck ship in the harbour, is more of the fence than the departing daily boat train. The brown columns are the old canopy supports and the stone structure behind is the old Midland Railway power station, which supplied the once electrified line to Morecambe and Lancaster Green Ayre. 5th February 2018.
