North Pier [Tram]
In April 2018 the utility works in preparation for the new tramway link to Blackpool North uncovered a length of the tracks from the old Marton Circle tram route, which closed in 1962. This view looks towards the North Pier, where the new tracks will diverge from the existing route. These uncovered points took a short stub siding into the Talbot Square tram terminus off the chord to the promenade tracks.
