A Newton service formed of a brace of doomed Class 314s calls at Kings Park on 19 May. Saturday services would not normally warrant this doubling up, but this was the day of the Scottish FA cup final at Hampden. The scrapping of the 314s (whenever exactly this happens) will see the end of the carmine and cream livery, which has been obsolescent almost as long as it was current.
