Standish Junction
Northern 142045 heads south at Standish Jct with fellow classmate 142030 in tow on a 5J02 Lancaster to Newton Heath movement. Earlier there had been a 5C01 Newton Heath to Lancaster working and it is believed that these were to recover failed 142030 from platform 5 at Lancaster as the signalbox track circuit diagram had been showing 'DMIC' for that platform.
