Seafield Viaduct

I doubt if many passengers waiting for a number 12 bus on Seafield Road notice the subtle change in the angle of the wall on the left, behind which stands the Seafield Shed Centre. The relatively short perpendicular section is all that remains of the bridge that once carried the CR Leith New Lines into Leith South Yard and the Eastern Docks see image 27121. Coincidentally, Seafield Shed stood in the north east corner of the yard, beyond the wall on the other side of the road. View west towards Leith in 2010.
