Panteg
16th August 2019 was a horrible day in South Wales. I tried to follow up on John McIntyre's picture at Farington the previous evening of 314211 going for scrap, but only got a passing shot due to the fact that I was hiding under an umbrella in the pouring rain when it passed. It was booked to stop in Panteg loop for 40 mins but unfortunately it did not so I only managed this grab shot. I did try to follow it into Newport docks but was unable to get access.
