Carno
Unlike other closed stations between Newtown and Machynlleth, Carno although still standing is in need of some TLC and appeared unoccupied. On my visit on 17 September 2019 vegetation had taken hold around and on the building. The neighbouring property to the right, the former Laura Ashley factory and offices, were up for redevelopment so perhaps the station building may succumb at the same time?
