Sleeper services didn’t have a good day on 29th October 2019. I was walking into Aberdeen on South College Street and wondered why GBRf 66704 was overhead but soon found out when I got to Clayhills at 13:00. I watched the action from the car park as 66704 took 73967 off the front of the rake of nice new sleeper coaches and shunted it to a siding. When I returned later the sleeper train was in its Clayhill siding with 66704 in front of 73967 and its sleeper coaches so I assume in went down the line to Edinburgh later under tow to a repair facility.
