60163 'Tornado' waits at Preston in the Up & Down Goods Loop to run tender first to Blackpool on 2nd November 2019. The loco had arrived at Preston hauling 'The Illuminati' railtour from Birmingham. The tour continued to Blackpool hauled by a diesel while 60163 ran back to Farington Jct, Lostock Hall Jct and Farington Curve Jct so that it could go tender first to Blackpool and later haul the tour back to Birmingham.
