Arkholme
Northern has recently committed to retiring fifty five Pacers before the end of 2019. On 3rd December 142092 rounds the tight curve at Arkholme with a late-running Leeds to Morecambe service. This same week the first Pacer to be scrapped in 2019 (142005) was broken up by Booths in Rotherham with a number of others presently stored at Worksop expected to quickly follow suit.
