Delph [West Lancashire Light]
0-6-2T 'Joffre' waits at Delph while young passengers queue to see Santa in the guard's van, a sort of mobile mini grotto, before returning to Becconsall. WLLR Santa arrangements meant the run round loop at Beconsall was not available and so Hunslet 0-4-0ST 'Irish Mail' alternated with 'Joffre' on the thirty minute interval services.
