El Djem
The short summer shadows of the train are the only shade on the platform here on the route from Tunis to Gabès. This express metre-gauge DMU not only hides the sun but also the view of an Imperial Roman amphitheatre. This was the sixth largest built in the Roman Empire and is a World Heritage Site.
