Buxton [Midland Railway]
Buxton Steam Centre, located at the former Midland Railway station in Buxton, which closed on 6 March 1967. This was the scene in 1992. Plans to reopen to Blackwell Mill were thwarted and the heritage operations were moved to Darley Dale and the track lifted. However, a revival at Buxton was announced in 2019.
