East Pilton Halt
The base of East Pilton's small and rudimentary ticket office on Pilton Drive seen on 13 January 2020. With its all-wooden construction and lack of goods facilities nothing could look more like a halt, but for some reason LMS dropped the 'Halt' from the name. BR did the same for all remaining halts in 1983 as the distinction had ceased to have any meaning.
