Woodacre Crossing
Last steam for quite a while. 98513 (45212) works back from Slough to Carnforth, engine plus coach, passing Woodacre on 21st March 2020. It was originally intended to continue to Fort William but the Jacobite services were subsequently cancelled due to Covid-19 and the locomotive probably returned to home base at the KWVR. The last two numbers of the TOPS designation is usually the same as the last two cabside numbers (TOPS number 985=steam power class 5) but 98512 is allocated to GWR 'Manor' 7812 and so this Black 5 has the next in line.
