Goodrington Sands
Although the station at Goodrington, just outside Paignton, seems to see little traffic in heritage line days. It is kept in good order although unstaffed. A regular service is provided by the steam railway and the still used Network Rail carriage sidings are opposite this platform. See image 53622. The 'Round Robin' tickets, train to Kingswear, ferry to Dartmouth, river cruise to Totnes and open top bus to Paignton are heavily promoted, and rightly so. 25th July 2015.
